This website is operated by Memory Block Ireland. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Memory Block Ireland. Memory Block Ireland offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
SECTION 4 - OUR SERVICES
Memory Block creates carefully crafted and custom-printed photo blocks. We specialise in interior décor and gifts. We’re all about unique, custom printing on special surfaces and unparalleled customer service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him/her to be misusing our service or using our service in an unlawful manner.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices, at any time, without notice or consequence.
SECTION 5 - ORDERS
Once you have decided what product you would like to print on, select this item and upload your picture.
Please ensure you leave any requests to do with your order in the “remarks to our experts” section.
Place your selection in your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button on each product you’d like to purchase. Once the products are in your cart you can begin our secure checkout process.
During the checkout process, we’ll also collect certain details for you (see our Privacy Policy for more information). We’ll ask for these details only when necessary to deliver our service to you. After your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. If you don't receive this email, or if any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT
All prices in our store are listed in EURO and our store is hosted by Shopify (www.shopify.com).
We can’t be held responsible for any delays in payment clearance and we can’t ship orders until we have received payment in full. We also can’t promise the availability of your desired stock if payment doesn’t clear or can’t be made for any reason.
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION
Please double check your order before finalising the checkout, because once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. We’ll be happy to assist you in any way we can in the selection of your art.
SECTION 8 - POSTAGE
Memory Block Ireland only ships within Ireland.
Once your order has been shipped, Memory Block cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that Memory Block cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
All orders should arrive between 2-5 business days. If you have not received your goods within 10 business days, please contact us at info@memoryblock.ie.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Memory Block cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care. We also don’t offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of the damage exactly as they have arrived to you.
We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis, and it’s at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced. Furthermore, we’ll refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
Where repair or replacement is deemed necessary by our team, your initial item must be returned to us in an un-used condition. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item for your own peace of mind.
Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your replacement has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
Refunds and replacements will not be offered if the customer:
- simply changes their mind
- decides they do not like the purchase
- decides they have no use for it
- damages the goods by not handling carefully as per our Product Care, and/or mounting items securely to surfaces
Our Personalised Products and Custom Prints are made-to-order according to each customer's specifications, so changes and requests for returns or re-makes where the customer has made a personalisation error or simply changed their mind are not possible. We understand that these things happen sometimes though, and where we can, we'll try to help out with an affordable solution if we receive notification within time period specified above.
If your order is incorrect for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of what you have received.
SECTION 10 - PROMOTIONS
From time to time we may offer promotions including, but not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways.
These promotions will only be valid for online purchases, any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence. Vouchers won as part of promotional competitions are not valid with any other offer and are applicable to purchase prices only (excluding shipping costs).
While we will never share your personal details, from time to time we may use photos and/or videos of our products with your images/photos/logos on them for promotion and marketing on our digital channels (including, but not limited to: our website, our social media, our emails). You can request for products with your images/photos/logos not to be used for our promotional purposes by emailing us at info@memoryblock.ie with your order number and a specific request not to include any of the pieces from your order in our image/video promotions and marketing.
SECTION 11 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

In addition to this, because our items are handmade, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, grain, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.
Memory Block Pine and Bamboo products are made using eco-friendly materials. Being a natural material, the grains are subject to minor variances from piece to piece, and any variation that may exist in either colour or grain is normal. These variations contribute to the beauty of our products - each piece is as unique as the people our gifts are made for.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 12 - HANGING
It is up to you to determine whether the wall or surface to which you will mount or hang the product is suitable and whether the removal of the product will cause any damage to the wall or surface. Before mounting or hanging the product, you should first sample test whether the wall or surface is peeling, deformed, rendered or similar and if so, you should not use the products on that wall or surface. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from hanging (including whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential) or for any damage to walls or surfaces resulting from applying or removing the product.
SECTION 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or other intellectual property that has been made available on our website or throughout our social media, is the copyright material of Memory Block remains our intellectual property at all times.
This content may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated in whole or in part without the express consent of the authors and copyright owners at Memory Block. The use of our intellectual property in relation to any business or for the advancement of any commercial venture, or otherwise, is strictly forbidden.
Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.
SECTION 14 - SOCIAL MEDIA
Memory Block uses social media channels to update our customers about our brand, our products, and our promotions.
We encourage everyone to join us on these platforms. If you do join us on social media, please be aware that we have specific standards of conduct and behaviour.
We welcome all kinds of comments and thoughts - supportive, opposing, critical, etc., as long as they're made in the spirit of constructive and civilised dialogue. Please use polite language.
Please do not re-post our images without permission. Any image re-posted from our website or social media must be credited to us. We may refuse access to our social media for any person that repeatedly misuses our images.
SECTION 15 - FEEDBACK
We are always keen to hear people’s thoughts and feedback about our products and service. We reserve the right to publicly display any feedback shared with us - the feedback may be displayed on our website or via our social media channels.
If your feedback is shared by us, this will only ever be done using your first name and state where you live or using your social media handle (i.e. account name).
If you don’t wish for us to share your feedback, please notify us.
SECTION 16 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 17 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
